Our baking dreams began to rise with a single oat in the heart of Russian Hill. Our goal was to take a few classics and give them a warm home-style twist by introducing our own family recipes. By creating our own hand-crafted breads and using the freshest ingredients from local sources, we have been able to create a menu that speaks to the heart of who we are. Today we partner with other local artisan bakeries to provide a gorgeous selection of daily breads and we continue to create tastes that change daily with our specials.
Today we are located in the the heart of the Financial District of San Francisco and we are proud to be able to provide catering, offering platters & trays for meetings, parties, & various other events.

THE ONLY BREAD WE  

Since our breads, pastries and all our foods have their roots in the soil of our farm on the west side of Petaluma, we thought the name Della Fattoria—of the farm—was fitting since it says what we want to say...good food, slow food, food that honors "place" and the culture and culinary bounty that surrounds us.
